"Rocco & Associates Construction Inc. of South Euclid poured my cement patio. It looked great! Two days later, the crew cut expansion joints in the patio. I noticed right away that the joints were crooked. They said they could fix them with caulk. I told them their solution wasn't acceptable."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like a $500 refund."
COMPANY RESPONSE: Ruthann Dilillo, owner/president, Rocco & Associates Construction Inc.
"I want the customer to be happy, so I mailed him a check."
