"A & E Factory Repair Service repaired my 2-year-old dishwasher. They told me it would require a new control panel. I paid $267, and they said the part would arrive in time for the holidays. However, the part didn't arrive in time.
"In addition, they ordered the wrong panel, so the correct part didn't arrive for an additional month. When the tech came to install it, he told me my purchase would extend the dishwasher warranty for another year.
"The washer immediately had problems; it still didn't clean properly. Several months later, it was clear I was worse off than before the "repair."
"I was told the warranty was only for 90 days. In the meantime, my dishwasher has failed completely."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like a refund of $267."
