"I hired Larry Rosenbaum from Justin Repairs & Installation Service to repair my dishwasher. He spent two-and-a-half hours taking it apart, cleaning the pump and reassembling it.
"Afterward, it didn't clean any differently than before. I called another appliance repair company, and they took apart everything that moved, cleaned it and put it back together in less than 30 minutes.
"I called Larry, and he said he would refund my money. Nothing happened. I've called and e-mailed him several times, with no response."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like to get my money back."
