Anthony Burton's temperamental dishwasher finally went kaput at the right time.
"My dishwasher would bring water in, but then shut down," Burton says. "They came out and, of course, it ran fine, so they only charged me for the visit and said they'd come back if it acted up again and waive the cost of the visit. When the problem happened again, they came right out and diagnosed a faulty motor. They ordered one and replaced it the day it came in. I've already recommended them to friends."
