"USA Waterproofing & Foundation Services of Twinsburg [Ohio] was going to waterproof my basement from the inside out. However, my structural engineer said the waterproofing needed to be done from the outside in. I went to USA Waterproofing's office to cancel my contract within the three-day time period, but they said they didn't have my deposit check yet but would send it back. That was three months ago and I still haven't received my money back."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like my $700 deposit back."
