Owner Terry Ross went out of his way to repair Jo Ann Wall's kitchen faucet and to deliver a new water heater.
"My water heater was leaking — something I had not noticed," Wall says. "My home was under a contract to purchase, so I was grateful to have the problem resolved before closing.
"He even made a special trip to find a washer for the faucet and didn't charge me for mileage for either trip."
