"Whiteside Hardwood Flooring installed approximately 480 square feet of hardwood flooring, and sanded, stained, sealed and finished 1,171 square feet of flooring. This work was unsatisfactory and the job was mismanaged. The job took 31 days to complete instead of the initial agreement of one week.

Failed to respond to Paul Troni's refund request for what he says was unsatisfactory flooring work. First month in the box.
"There are disc marks on the floor from the sanding and noticeable random spots throughout the floor. The stain is very blotchy and numerous areas have shade variations, which gives the floor an uneven look. Many walls have been badly splattered with stain.
"They said this would be taken care of, but I spent personal time performing work the contractor was supposed to. I have tried to mediate these issues to no avail. They have avoided meetings and an attorney's letter about the issue."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want a refund of $4,600."
