"I hired Deck Savers to clean and preserve my deck with a wood protector. But when it rains, the water doesn't bead. The stain and protector look terrible.
"I called the manufacturer of the protector and told them Deck Savers had sprayed it on. The manufacturer told me it shouldn't be sprayed, but applied with a brush so it can penetrate the wood."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like Deck Savers to power wash the deck and apply the protector with a brush-on method."
