Damaged drain pipe creates hassle for Somerville homeowner

COMPLAINT: Sofia Perez, Somerville, Mass.

"I hired Drain Doctor to clean my drains, and their snake got hooked on something.

"They ended up putting a big hole in my drain pipe. They sent their insurance adjuster who asked us to get two estimates for the repair.

"Drain Doctors says they'll only cover $1,200 out of the $3,000 estimate. Now, no one is returning my calls."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want Drain Doctor to fully pay for the repair."
