"I hired DFW Home Remodelers to remove paneling from a wall, then retexture and paint it. He removed the paneling without incident, but it was uneven and spotty when he painted over the textured walls. They tried to fix the living room wall, but they never got it right."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I'd like a partial refund."

"I was never contacted about any further complaint. I went back to try and resolve the issues when I first completed the work, and she was satisfied. I've been in business for four years and have had only a handful of complaints. I apologize for any inconvenience."

"I hired Rick and Kenia Bunch to do cabinet refacing. Their son, Mickey Aldridge, did the work. He used a sander in the kitchen without covering anything, then said he'd fix it. He came the next day, washed some things, then started sanding again. I had to pay someone else to fix the damage."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want my $2,500 deposit returned, plus a $540 reimbursement for clean-up and repainting."
