COMPLAINT: Harold Hughey, Grand Prairie, Texas
I bought a new mattress from the Ashley Furniture Home Stores outlet at 502 Fountain Parkway in Grand Prairie. But the one they delivered wasn't the one I ordered.
It was 6 inches too high and a lot harder than the one I picked out. They told me all sales are final. I'm not happy with having to keep it.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: I want a $35 refund for the foam pad I bought to make the mattress softer.
STATUS: Penalty Box
