Customer wants warranty applied to sagging sofas
COMPLAINT: Karen Kane, Dublin, Ohio
"I bought a couch and a love seat from Macy's at 4141 Easton Loop E. in Columbus [Ohio]. Two years later, the furniture, which was still under warranty, started sagging.
"I called Macy's, and they sent someone out. The repairman told me that I [caused] it, and that he couldn't do anything else for me. I had another company come out, and they said they would have approved my warranty."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want the sofa and love seat properly repaired so further damage will not occur. If not, I'm requesting a refund of the purchase price."
