Customer wants refund for refrigerator repair

COMPLAINT: Gina Farrell, San Antonio
"I called Appliance Doctor of San Antonio to repair my refrigerator. They said it was a temperature control problem and that the water chiller was frozen. Within a day, they replaced it for $194 and said it would thaw out in a week. After a week, it was still frozen. They came back out and made some adjustments, but I'm still having that issue. They have not called me back."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like for them to fix the problem or return my money."
