Customer wants company to clear missing window mystery

COMPLAINT: Hannah Boulton, Duxbury, Mass.
"I hired Fresh Coat Painting Co. of Foxboro [Mass.] to replace 12 windows in my home with energy-efficient ones. David Nickerson, the owner, only replaced 11 of the 12 windows I paid him to do. I still don't know what happened to the 12th window. I also requested a copy of the invoice for tax purposes, and although he promised to send one, he still hasn't."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "A copy of the invoice and $270 for the missing window."
