Customer seeks refund after alleged roof damage
COMPLAINT: Juliana Mallett, Simi Valley, Calif.
"I hired Bee Specialist of Simi Valley to remove a beehive from under my roof. They tried to spray several times, but that didn't work. They decided they would have to cut into my roof to remove the hive. I didn't want him to cut into the roof because I was afraid it would leak. They told me they could fix it without any leaks. However, when it rains, my roof leaks and I have water damage on my ceilings. They came several times to help with the problem but wouldn't get up on the roof and repair it."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I feel they should be responsible for the cost of the roof and ceiling repair - $1,100.
