"I hired Hughes Roofing and Remodeling Philadelphia to repair a roof leak. They did the work the next day. Four months later, the ceiling started leaking again.

"The paint is buckling, the ceiling has turned black, and two leaks are coming from the wall. I called the office four times and got no further than the receptionist, who assured me I would receive a return call from the roofer. To date, I have received no return call."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: I would like them to return my call, inspect the roof and fix the problem.

"When the member first contacted our office about the problems, she was informed she would be placed on our service list, and when a service truck was available, we would be out there to rectify the situation.

"In the weeks after that, there were several days of rain, and our men cannot work on roofs in the rain for safety and quality-of-work issues. I informed the member of this and apologized for any inconvenience. Our roofing mechanics have repaired the leak."
