Customer makes noise over audio equipment install

"I purchased audio equipment from Save Custom Installations in Houston and hired them to configure the system. They did not finish. Instead of charging me a 60-percent down payment for items I purchased, they charged me for the full amount, violating our contract. He said he would credit my card, but he hasn't. I spent $2,000 to get someone else to finish the work."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want a $1,664 refund for the incomplete work and items I was charged for but never received."
