Customer impressed with auto shop's customer service

Merv's mechanics wowed Bill Clark.
"I dropped my wife's Honda off mid-day Monday and had it back with a new timing belt and water pump Wednesday night," Clark says. "The price was spot on with the estimate, but what really stood out was their customer service. In addition to the scheduled repairs, a rear tire was constantly losing air. The mechanics balanced the wheel, but couldn't find a leak. The tire was almost flat four days later, and Merv's spent all day trying to fix it before discovering it was a tricky problem with the valve stem, which they replaced at no charge."
