Customer complains over critter catching
COMPLAINT: John Gordon, Strongsville, Ohio
"I thought I had a problem with a groundhog and wanted to catch the animal. Catch-A-Critter in Cleveland came out and set traps. Two weeks later, they came back to check the traps. I called and asked if they caught anything, but they said they needed to check their records. After that, they stopped returning my calls and I still have the same problem."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want the animal removed."

"The member's invoice states their payment covered one week of trapping or capture. From his statement, it shows we worked for at least two weeks. However, we are willing to go back."
