"Colleen Pfeilschiefter of Colleen Photographic Productions took my daughter's first year portraits at 3 months, 6 months and 12 months of age.

"At the end of the child's first year, she was to compile the selected photos from each session and create a customized baby album.

"I am still waiting for the baby album, which has been paid in full, because she required a full payment up front due to its customization. It has been more than 10 months, and she has not returned our calls or e-mails."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like the baby album and feel I deserve a partial refund of $600."

"This entails time, in addition to the printing and binding of the book.

"I have communicated to my client that the album is in production, and I will call them as soon as it's ready. This project has taken longer than I anticipated, and I am sorry for distressing my client.

"This has my utmost attention, and I will deliver the album as soon as possible."
