"I hired C S Construction to paint the house, install flagstone and repair or replace rotten wood on the eaves/fascia. Their guy told me he had 10 years of experience, was detail-oriented and could take care of everything.

"First, he told me he'd need a 'load of sand' for the flagstone. I took him at his word that he knew what he was doing. When I was out of state, he had a dump truck of sand delivered to my yard without laying anything down underneath it.

"Next, he attempted to lay the flagstone, but it wasn't leveled. It had to be taken up by someone else at my cost. He also did a bad job painting, with no sanding or priming. Paint started peeling as soon as he was done.

"Not only did all the work look terrible, he and his guys left trash and their things everywhere. He never showed up to work on the eaves. All he wanted was his money."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like them to make good on the repairs that are either incomplete or done incorrectly. I still have sand in my yard."
