Customer claims electricians broke promise
COMPLAINT: Kimberly Bowles, Burleson, Texas
"I hired TPL Enterprises in Burleson to switch out two light fixtures, move an outlet, wire an additional fixture and install under-counter lighting. I provided all the fixtures. One of the fixtures they worked on had a problem, but they never returned my call. It cost me $89 to get another electrician to fix it. They also broke a glass tabletop in my house and didn't replace it as they promised to."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want to be reimbursed $187 for the broken tabletop and the cost of the new electrician."
