Customer bent out of shape by warped wood

"AAA Suburban Fence Inc. in Matthews, N.C., offered the best price to install a fence, but they used a severely warped upright 4-by-4 post, which made the gate bow outward and the fence crooked. After they left, they promised to replace the faulty post. I was promised via e-mail that "someone will look at it next week," and a month later, they never came."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want them to replace the post."
STATUS: Resolved
