"I purchased nitrogen service for my tires from Naperville Jeep Dodge in Lisle. The flyer I have says I'm entitled to free nitrogen refills for the life of my vehicle.

"I later got new tires from someone else, then went back to have Naperville refill the tires with nitrogen. They refused to do it because I bought the tires from somewhere else."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want them to give me a $40 refund or honor their commitment."

COMPANY RESPONSE: Ray Rossi, service director, Naperville Jeep Dodge

"Our dealership installs free nitrogen in customers' tires when tires are purchased and installed by us. We will refill those tires for free for the life of the tires.

"Nowhere does it say that we will inflate customers' tires that are purchased somewhere else. If the customer wants us to install nitrogen in his new tires, we will do it at a discount price of $29.95."
