"My computer wouldn't do anything," Richter says. "I was afraid that my family vacation pictures with my daughter and granddaughters would be lost, but Sam was able to back up everything and get my computer up and running.
"I'll talk with Sam when it comes time to update to a new computer, since he will be working on that one, too."
