Andrew Allen sings praise for The Mac Experience after having the music on his computer restored. "After three years with no problems, my Mac suddenly didn't recognize iTunes," Allen says. "I couldn't figure it out.
"I dropped it off on a Friday and they were done on Monday. They said the operating system was messed up, so they reinstalled it at no charge. Now my computer works better than before and I hope to get many more good years out of it."
