Because her laptop runs both Windows and Mac software, Margot Myers got bounced around until owner Cory Gould sorted out her virus problem. "The Apple store sent me to the Microsoft store, which sent me to the Apple store," Myers says. "I was starting an important consulting project and knew I needed to call in the cavalry. I dropped my laptop off with Cory at noon and had it back and working by 5:30."
