"Big B Concrete didn't pour enough concrete for my 18-by-18 foot patio on the first day and said they'd return the next day.
"On the second day, the owner [Brian Severs] wasn't present, and the workers ended up pouring a different color finish. Afterward, his brother expected to be paid. I paid, but it was my worst mistake ever! There are two different finishes, and they didn't finish edging the steps."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like the pre-existing concrete removed and re-poured, or a refund of $2,500."
COMPANY RESPONSE: Brian Severs, owner, Big B Concrete
"I agree the two loads do not match. I would have no problem going out and re-pouring the patio. I apologize for the inconvenience and am ready to make the corrections as soon as possible."
