Description of work "They removed a dead mouse from my dryer vent."

Member comments "I called on a Monday morning after noticing a smell in my laundry room over the weekend. Varment Guard wasn't able to come until Tuesday afternoon, but they came promptly as scheduled. My dryer vent is more than 40 feet long with several 90-degree turns. They had a new piece of equipment - a flexible brush that was more than 30 feet long that they fed through the pipe. Unfortunately, they weren't able to reach the mouse. They then went into the crawl space and took apart the dryer vent at a joint to remove the dead animal. They sprayed a disinfectant through the whole pipe and covered the outdoor dryer vent with a screen to prevent any other animals from entering. Everything was cleaned up when they left, and they reconnected my dryer vent to my dryer. They did a quality job and were here about an hour."
