Erik Doughty called Bratt when a falling branch damaged a tree trunk.
"They removed the tree in winter, when it was 2 degrees!" Doughty says. "They sawed the tree apart in chunks, chipped all the pieces, cleaned up the backyard, and even raked the snow back over the path they'd shoveled when they arrived. They're amazing."
