Client stands ground on landscaping complaint
COMPLAINT: Bonnie Louise Herr, Broomall
"I hired M & M Landscaping of Morton to plant some trees, put in a walkway and do some additional landscaping for $8,000. They did a horrible job and won't fix their work.
"The shrubs they planted are dead. Instead of leveling the walkway to ensure correct drainage, they filled it with sand. Every time it rains, I have ankle-high puddles and a huge muddy mess."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want them to replace the dead shrubs and correct the pavers so they drain into the flower bed."
