It may not have been the Cleaners fault! Since the Blouse was black and the trim was white, it's possible that the black dye pigments ran onto the white trim. This is rather common in mixed color (Black\White) fabrics. At Best Cleaners we test all mixed color fabrics for dye quality prior to cleaning. Upon discovery of weak dye we would send a customer a sample and recommend that it would be returned to the retailer.
