"Two years ago, ADT Security Services installed a wireless burglar and fire alarm at my home.

"There have been many instances where there was no signal going from my system to the monitoring center.

"I've had seven service calls over the last few months during which they told me different things were the problem, depending upon which technician came out.

"One time, they said I needed a bigger battery pack which they ordered and then said it wouldn't help. Later, they said the [reception] towers hadn't been working but they were working now.

"I was very unhappy since I wasn't sure the system would work in a burglary or fire. I canceled their service but they're still sending me bills."

DESIRED RESOLUTON: "I want ADT Security to stop billing me for services I no longer receive.
