Client claims truck received more than asked for

"I received an estimate to have an alignment done from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. I left them with my credit card number to complete the work. Being a long-time customer, I felt I could trust them. When my son showed me the bill after he drove the truck home, there was an extra $200 for parts that the truck did not need and I did not authorize. I sent my son back to let them know that the work was not authorized and they needed to call me. There has been no call, and they dismissed my son out of hand."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "A refund of $200 for the suspension parts that were not authorized."
