Client claims poor communication after concrete pour
COMPLAINT: Robert Wells, Apex, N.C.
"Douglas J. Jones Construction in Raleigh, N.C. removed old concrete from my driveway and poured new concrete. A couple days later, I called about cracks in the concrete. They checked everything and promised to return a few days later to fix the cracks and clean up spilled concrete. But Mr. Jones never showed up, and I wasn't able to contact him for several days. I finally got in touch with him two months later, and he said he wasn't going to fix it."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want them to repair the cracks and clean the concrete spills at no cost to me."
STATUS: Resolved
