COMPLAINT: Tim and Pam Adams, Carmel, Ind.
"Our Escalade, which was under warranty at Tutwiler Cadillac, was making a vibration sound. Tutwiler told us there was nothing wrong.
"We kept bringing it in and they kept making minor repairs, but they never resolved the issue. They would fix one thing at a time, none of which stopped the vibration.
"As soon as the warranty expired, the vibrations got worse. We brought it in again for the vibrations and they finally found that it was a huge problem that would have been covered under warranty.
"The repair ended up costing more than $600, and they refused to even do the work at cost. We pointed out that we had brought the Escalade in a number of times for the same problem and they never fixed it, but they were unwilling to even discount the service.
"I felt that they were dishonest. I would absolutely not use this company again. They called to see how the service went, and I told them I was unhappy and hung up. No one ever tried to reach me again. That just shows their lack of concern for their customers."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "We want Tutwiler Cadillac to reimburse us $600, the cost of the repair."
