Client claims lock work unfinished after 5 months
COMPLAINT: Brooke Bremner, Chicago
"I recently bought an apartment in an older building. It included a wall safe with a lock for which I didn't have the combination. I hired Keller Lock & Safe in Chicago to open it and install a new lock. The locksmith came out to the apartment, got the lock open, and realized he needed an extra part to finish the job. It's been five months and he has yet to finish the job. I've e-mailed him and left numerous messages, but I have not heard back."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want this work to be finished immediately."
