Client claims handyman won't communicate

COMPLAINT: Steve Saul, Westerville, Ohio
"I contracted Handyman Guys Inc. in Columbus to install fence posts and reset sections of the fence on two condo units. I had to call them several times to get the service started, and it took weeks before the crew began the job. It's not complete, but I received a bill, so I called to complain. They said they would get back with me after checking the work, and called to apologize and say the work would be completed. But no one has been back and now they aren't returning my calls."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want the invoice I received voided so I can find someone else to finish the job."
