Client alleges roofer won't return calls after work

"Nicholas Stokes Roofing in Charlotte installed a rubber roof on a commercial site. I had them do three separate jobs on a roof over two months. The first job failed because of some other issues that needed to be repaired. I let him work on the issues, and then the entire job failed. They refuse to return calls or return my money, despite a 100-percent guarantee. I still need to assess all the damages inside the building, which will be added to his bill for reimbursement. We also checked the materials stated on the work order, and I don't believe the quality of materials he actually used are the ones on the work order."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want to be reimbursed for the money I paid Stokes, and I want the $37,400 it cost to repair the damage they caused."
