Cleveland roofing contractor allegedly leaves shingles missing

COMPLAINT: Fred Ruskell, Cleveland

"I hired AAA Roofing to repair my roof, which had been leaking. But there are missing shingles and tar spots where they performed the job.

"The company has been called on five separate occasions to finish and check their work. They say that they will send someone out, but they never do. The work has a five-year guarantee."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "They need to finish and test the work to make sure the roof won't leak."
