"Acme Fence & Lumber Co. installed a fence around my backyard, including a gate. The salesman arrived as scheduled and gave me an estimate. The fence turned out nice. Less than six months after the installation, the gate won't close properly because of a post. I contacted the company numerous times requesting a repair. I'm always told they'll return my calls, but they never do."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I'd like the post repaired so the gate operates properly."

"Custom Patio Rooms built a sunroom for me that took them two months to finish. This was supposed to be a seven to 10 day job. The room was supposed to have been 12-by-12 feet, but it's only 10-by-12 feet. Overall, the workmanship is good, but the blueprint reading was very poor. The slider door leaks. I've made multiple calls and haven't received a response."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I'd like them to install weatherstripping on the slider door."
