Cleveland company solves sewer line squeeze

Suann Winczek needed some tree roots cleared from her sewer lines in a snap. "I left a message at the beginning of the week and Joe Fazio called back immediately," Winczek says. "I told him I understood it was short notice, but I was hoping to get someone out that week. Joe gave me a choice of two dates and called an hour prior to his scheduled time to confirm I would be home. He arrived on time and did a great job cleaning out the sewers."
