COMPLAINT: Ida Zinam, Cincinnati

"Smith's Paving of Mason [Ohio] was supposed to seal my asphalt driveway. They told me they were doing work in my area, would like to seal my driveway and that they would do it right away. Afterward, I wasn't pleased with the work, so I let them know that. I was told they would come back and fix it.

"There are still cracks showing that are almost as bad as they were before they sealed it. Also, when they finished applying the blacktop, they used my garden hose to clean out their buckets. The hose was by my dryer vent, so the [blacktop] odor was in my house for several days and there's still a slight odor."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want them to come back and do the job right."
