Description of work "Two of Mr. McCoy's employees painted the exterior and interior of my front entry door and side lights with paint I purchased."

Member comments "I contacted George McCoy to inform him that I wasn't pleased with his employees' work. The paint dried with drip marks and brush strokes running down the door, and the wood filler work covering the nail holes was sloppy. Mr. McCoy was very upset to hear this. He came over to redo the work himself. I was only available evenings and weekends, and he accommodated my availability. He worked all day in the hot sun without a break - stripping off all the paint by hand - and repainted everything himself. Mr. McCoy is one of a dying breed: the hard-working and honest business person."
