"I noticed several incidences of animal feces in the backyard which I thought were from raccoons," says Olivia Montgomery of Cincinnati. "I did some research online and found out that raccoon feces carries roundworm eggs — which terrified me. Bee Gone Pest Control responded quickly. [Doug Webb, the co-owner] looked at the feces and verified that it might be a raccoon or possum. He set two humane traps close to the house and caught two possums. I was still seeing the animal droppings, so he set a third trap at the top of the hill. Within two days of the third trap being placed, he caught a large male raccoon. Mr. Webb was professional and courteous, and he put my mind at ease."
