Failed to respond to Connie Kelley's request to have her concrete patio repaired.
COMPLAINT: Connie Kelley, Liberty Township, Ohio
"Anthony Stanley [owner of Integrity Concrete LLC] created a stamped concrete patio for me. I paid half prior to installation and paid the remaining bill the day the work was completed. I contacted him again once the concrete began coming up in chunks.
"After multiple calls, Anthony finally came out and said that he had never seen that problem before and would check with other vendors and get back with us. We kept calling, but he never called back."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would appreciate if Anthony Stanley did the repair work to the stamped patio he installed, including putting an additional covering on the concrete and repairing the holes."
