"Soots Me Chimney Co. examined the inside of my chimney and charged $73.66, which I paid. While the rep was there, I had him examine the outside of the chimney as well. He found pieces that needed to be repaired, but he said he wouldn't be able to do the work for a week or two.
"He estimated the total cost for the outside chimney work at $330. He asked for half upfront, so I gave him $165. However, he never came back. I called him twice, but he has not returned my phone calls."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want $165 returned to me."
STATUS: Resolved
