Chicago repairman allegedly fails to fix washing machine leak
COMPLAINT: Alon Fishbach, Chicago
“I hired A Appliance Xperts of Chicago to fix a leaking washer. The technician checked it, claimed the washer was fine and blamed the leak on the type of detergent I use. I replaced the detergent, but the leak continued. A different company's technician fixed the problem in 30 minutes.”
DESIRED RESOLUTION: “I would like a $70 refund.”

“Please have the member send us copies of our invoice, the cashed check and the receipt from the other appliance company. Once this information is verified, we will issue the refund.”
