Charles Warren praises Chicago area roofer Norm Thompson’s careful approach to fixing a leak in his roof.

“The leak only happens in winter due to snow melt, so Norm inspected the interior area to determine where it was coming from,” he says. “I liked his pragmatic approach to fixing the problem with only reasonable cost. He caulked over the places where the snow melt was entering, and afterward explained to me some new materials that were available. I valued the experience of a pro since I do some handyman repairs myself.”
