"I hired Preston to repair my roof. I e-mailed to tell them they didn't taper it enough and that water was collecting on the edge of the portico.
"He came by for an on-site inspection and 'fixed' the problem, but the problem worsened, so he came by again and 'fixed' the problem. The problem is still getting worse.
"I've called several times, and each time he promises to stop by and address the issue. At this point, there is severe water damage."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want the roof tapered so that water drains properly and I'd like the damages repaired."
STATUS: Penalty Box
